  Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your pet portrait preview, we offer free revisions until you are fully satisfied. We won't proceed with printing until you approve the design!

• ● Does my photo need to be high-resolution?

  Great question! Most photos work perfectly because our artists hand-draw each portrait from scratch. This makes the quality of the reference photo less critical compared to automated methods. If we do foresee any issues or need a clearer view, we'll reach out to you by email to ask for additional photos of your pet.

• ● Can you include people in the portrait?

  Absolutely! While pets are our specialty, our talented artists can draw any animal, and yes, we can definitely include people in your custom portrait too.

  You can typically expect to receive your art preview via email within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Once you approve the artwork, production and delivery usually take an additional 5-7 business days. Be aware that during high-demand seasons, these times can be a bit longer.
