Refund & Return Policy (Revised)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Furry Canvas Art.

For Custom Products:
Because each artwork is individually created to your specifications, custom and personalized items cannot be returned once approved and delivered.

However, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee during the design stage:

• After placing your order, you will receive a digital preview of your artwork.

• If you are not happy with the preview, you can request revisions (up to 5 times) free of charge.

• If after revisions you are still not satisfied, you may request a full refund before we proceed to printing and shipping.

For Non-Custom Products:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if it is unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

Damages or Issues:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refund Process:
Once a return or refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days.
